Stage 1

Hiring Manager Review

At this stage, the Hiring Manager reviews all applicants cv's with the aim in mind to select those he/she would like to take to the next stage.
Stage 3

Pre Screening Interview

We´ll schedule 20 - 30 minutes remote call for you to meet with one of our Talent Acquisition team member. This is for us to get to know you better and as well for you to ask us questions regarding Controlant or other related questions. Note that at this stage you are not informed in details about the job it self nor the team in which you have applied to be part of, that will be in the interview with the Hiring manager.
Stage 4

Face to Face interview via Team

At this stage we invite the candidate to our office for a Face to Face interview with the Hiring Manager. Talent Acquisition team member might be involved as well as somebody from the Hiring Managers team. This interview is more technical then the pre screening interview and it is where the Hiring Manager goes in depth into the role and the team that the applicant has applied for.
Stage 5

Face to Face Interview

At this stage we invite the candidate to our office for a Face to Face interview with the Hiring Manager. Talent Acquisition team member might be involved as well as somebody from the Hiring Managers team. This interview is more technical then the pre screening interview and it is where the Hiring Manager goes in depth into the role and the team that the applicant has applied for.
Stage 6

Reference Check

At this stage we do the reference check, where we get permission from the candidate to call someone they have worked with to get reference on experience and personal traits.
Stage 7

Offer

At this stage we offer the decriable  candidate the job and send an offer via email or by calling the individual. If accepted Job description and a contract are sent to the candidate to sign.
Stage 8

Hired

Candidate has been hired and all documents have been finalized.
